9th Week of Canwest Fall Season
Canwest Programming Highlights:
The Simpsons climbed up to # 1 followed by Family Guy at 3rd, Survivor: Gabon 4th and King of the Hill 5th. Those were Canwest's Top 10 programs. Of the four Family Guy was the only one that didn't reach main 18-49 projection. The other three actually went over with King of the Hill posting the most extra ratings at 45%. Bones was another success story this week averaging higher against most main demos. Likewise The Office which more than double 18-34. As in the other two Canadian meter markets in Calgary the Saturday Night Live Special: 2008 Presidential Bash dominated Monday night as well.
Canwest accounted for 11/12/10/10 of the top 25 for key demos, A18-49, A25-54, F25-54 and A18-34.
Competitive Programming:
CSI, Dancing with the Stars and The Amazing Race were comfortably ahead amongst F25-54.
