After building on its success on Sunday, Crossing Jordan moves to Wednesday where it will air after the hit drama Bones. A Medical Examiner dream team these two investigators play by their own rules bringing justice to the victim. With very different approaches to crime fighting, Bones and Jordan work to make sure the dead can speak and help solve their crimes.
Currently in its sixth season Crossing Jordan continues to explore disturbing topical crimes, while following a cadre of coroners who use their forensic skills to help the Boston police department bring murderers to justice and closure to victims’ families. Meanwhile, Bones, inspired by real-life forensic anthropologist and best-selling novelist Kathy Reichs, follows Dr. Temperance Brennan, a highly skilled forensic anthropologist, who works with FBI Agent Seeley Booth on murder investigations when the standard methods of identifying a body are useless.
